THE PROCESS

How the Process Works

Applications are submitted online through the Foundation’s website. Applicants will be required to complete the application form and upload the following documents:

Four steps:

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Review the eligibility criteria carefully before applying. Ensure your first-year transcript reflects a GPA of 3.5 or above on a 5.0 scale.

Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Prepare scanned copies of all required documents before starting the application. The form must be completed in one session.

Step 3: Complete the Online Form
Fill in the application form and upload your documents. Ensure all information is accurate before submitting. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been received.

Step 4: Await the Outcome
All applicants will be notified of the outcome within eight weeks of the application deadline. Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for further engagement by the Foundation’s Board.

SELECTION PROCESS

How Recipients Are Chosen

All applications are reviewed against the eligibility criteria. Those that meet the requirements are shortlisted and presented to the Foundation’s Board for final selection.

The Board’s selection is discretionary. Meeting the minimum GPA does not guarantee selection. The Board considers the full application, including academic performance, financial need, the quality of the essay, and the academic reference, in identifying the two recipients who best reflect the values the Foundation exists to honour.

Two recipients are selected per academic cycle, one male and one female. All applicants will be notified of the outcome within eight weeks of the application deadline.
