About The Foundation
Honouring a Legacy Through Education
The Femi Adewumi Memorial Foundation was established to honour the life and legacy of Oluwafemi Adepoju Adewumi, an engineer, global professional, and devoted servant of his community. Inspired by his journey from the University of Ibadan to an international career, the Foundation supports Petroleum Engineering students at the same institution where that journey began.

Scholarship Support for Engineering Students
The Femi Adewumi Scholarship supports Petroleum Engineering students at the University of Ibadan who demonstrate strong academic ability and commitment to their studies.

How to Apply for the Femi Adewumi Scholarship
Review Eligibility
Confirm that you are enrolled in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Ibadan and meet the scholarship requirements.

Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
Selection Process
Applications are reviewed carefully, and selected students are recognised as Femi Adewumi Scholars.
Eligibility
Who Can Apply
The Femi Adewumi Scholarship is open to Petroleum Engineering students at the University of Ibadan who demonstrate strong academic ability, integrity, and commitment to their studies.
Petroleum Engineering Students
Applicants must be enrolled in the second year of the Petroleum Engineering programme at the University of Ibadan.
Strong Academic Performance
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale, equivalent to a Second Class Upper, in their first-year results.
Character & Dedication
Applicants must demonstrate financial need and a genuine commitment to applying their education in service to others.

The scholarship is open to second-year Petroleum Engineering students at the University of Ibadan who have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale and can demonstrate financial need.

Applications are reviewed by the Foundation's Board. Two recipients are selected each cycle, one male and one female. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection.
